Location: Top of Lake Superior cliffs, near Jackson Island, Prince Twp., Ontario.
District Located: Algoma
Longitude\Latitude: 84.55 W \ 46.55 N
Habitat: Rare colony, 3 m in diameter on open 30 degree slope westerly with thin soil of basaltic rich fragments and humus, facing Lake Superior. Plants much smaller than those of 1848 (Accession #SSMF-011855).
Notes: Coreopsis lanceolata, Rhus, Arabis, Selaginella community.
